  1. Return Policy
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in saleable condition (no damage, no tampering).
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective).

    Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email or SMS. Refunds are processed as follows:
  • Full Refund: If the product is returned in its original condition within 7 days.
  • Partial Refund: If the product is damaged or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • No Refund: If the product is opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For bank transfers, please allow additional time for processing.

  1. Defective or Damaged Products
    If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will:
  • Replace the product at no extra cost.
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping charges) if replacement is not available.

  1. How to Initiate a Return
    To return a product, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Email us at support@lyza.pk with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will send you a return confirmation with instructions.
Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Step 4: Ship the product to our address (you will receive the return address via email).

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  1. Exchange Policy
    We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products only. If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant (size, flavor, etc.), please return the original product and place a new order.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel, email us at support@lyza.pk with your order number. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  3. Processing Time
  • Return inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your package.
  • Refund processing: 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Replacement shipping: 3-5 business days after approval.
